Request for Policy Review and Transparency Dear

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I have received from your company over the past couple of years. Despite being a loyal customer, I have consistently been informed that certain matters fall outside of your scope of assistance.

I have encountered several issues that required your support, including:

1. Accident claims: The other party involved refused to take responsibility for damages, and your company was unable to provide adequate assistance. 2. Maintenance matters: I was not offered consultation or advice, and Discovery Legal Services had to intervene. 3. Wrongful arrest: Your company failed to provide bail services, and I had to take matters into my own hands. 4. Work-related issues: Discovery Legal Services assisted with a matter involving my wife's unfair treatment at work. 5. House ownership transfer: Your company was unable to assist, while Discovery Legal Services worked on resolving the issue. 6. Municipal bill review: Your office declined to assist, citing jurisdictional limitations.

Given these experiences, I feel that I'm only receiving a limited scope of services, which is not transparently communicated. I request that you:

1. Amend my policy to a premium level, outlining all relevant services that will be addressed. 2. Provide a clear statement of current available support under my premium policy.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a detailed breakdown of the services included in my premium policy and any additional benefits that come with it.
