Refusing to Process my claim

I have a legal policy with Clientele, I called them wanting them to assist me with an uncontested divorce. I was told I had missed a premium in December, accounts told me that they had debited my account first week of December instead of debiting on the date we agreed on when I took a policy, I was then told this will not affect my claim because I was not covered only in that month of December, their policy work like insurance, if you miss a payment you are not covered for that particular month, and now my account us up to date.
Following day I received a call from one of the staff members saying they cannot process my claim because I missed payment in December, and secondly they cannot act against my husband because he is a member in the policy, I told I never asked them to put my husband on the policy, and this was an uncontested divorce meaning me and my husband agreed about it no one is acting against anyone here. I told them to listen to their recordings as they always say their calls are recorded, it has been 2 weeks since I logged the claim they said they will call back they are investigating, I have not heard from them. Clientele must own up and process my claim.

Thank you for addressing your concerns with us today.

As per our agreement, we confirm that your spouse has been removed from the policy and that your matter has been referred for the appointment of a panel attorney.

We are however obliged to manage your expectations in terms of cover and therefore informed you that contested divorce matters are not covered in terms of your Legal Policy. Should your matter become contested at any stage, the matter will not enjoy cover any longer.

We understand your frustration and will however endeavour to expedite the process as quickly as possible.

We thank you for your patience herein.

Kind regards,

O'mphile Mopeloa
