Good day
I would like to place a complaint.
I was *******ly bonded to your policy . You field agents are tricking customers into *******ly taking out policy without them having the legal documents e.g RE. I was debited for a policy I never took out now I have to wait 30days for a refund this is disappointing and disgusting
