Puke inducing service and misleading advertising

I had a policy with Clientele Legal for years without claiming and when I had legal issue that needed them,they were simply ***********.It took them almost three weeks to understand the nature of the dispute and I ended up referring the matter myself to the CCMA.They eventually promised to take the matter after I complained to Hellopeter.I was out of then and they were made of it as it was a labour issue,a month later I got a call from one of their representatives informing me that they will not be continuing with the matter because the premiums have not been paid and the policy have lapsed.I had to carry on my own and lost the matter under very questionable circumstances and a very erroneous ruling made against me.Thanks to Clientele for exceptional advertising and all promises of heaven and earth.Three months later I got a call from them informing of their intention to resuscitate my policy,what the hell for??am I that dumb?I explained my story to the caller and I was told that it was not supposed to happen that way because my policy had a cover against such.When did they realise that?I have no intention of taking any of their products and I warned my friends about this ***** CNT
