promise but they do not deliver

I requested divorce papers from clientele in October 2014 and only got the courage to submit them In 27 January 2015. I sent them to Manti as she is the one that sent them to me and I called her to ask if she got them and she told me it would take 48 hours before she can see the email ((which was strange).<br> <br> Then I called in on Friday 30 Jan 2015 and I spoke to another lady who assured me that Manti is working on my matter and she set a reminder to work on it on the 9 February 2015. So I waited patiently hoping they doing something on their side. then on the 9th Feb 2015 I get a call not from Manti but from another lady who tells me that Manti is still waiting for the divorce papers which I have already submitted to her emails address.<br> <br> I had to submit again and in 48 hours she called me to asked a few questions then she told she was going to send my matter to another department to draft the papers. I got her missed call and she sent an sms for me to call back which I did and get whatever update was required but now I called in today and was told the same things I was told on the 30 of January 2015 that she set a reminder that she will attend to my matter in 2 weeks again!!!!!!
