Poor unprofessional service

Useless,unprofessional poor service On the 24 October 2024 I instructed Clientelle legal to help me recouo money from a building contractor who abandoned the project and disappeared with my money. 12 months after submitting all supporting documents i was told the matter is closed because I can't submit an Engineer's report. If the Engineer/builder doesn't want to give me the report why dont take the matter to court and subpoena both parties.i wanted Clientelle legal to assist me to recoup money from a contractor. I didn't want money from Clientelle legal. Thandiwe Cwaai from Clientelle legal now telling me on the 14 November 2025 that she's closing the matter. Based on the fact that I didn't submit a Engineer's report. On the 30 October she called me and she was very rude .
