poor service ever

I was detained at 11:30...my bail was set by 14h00 and I called clientele legal to have somebody come pay my bail which was only R1000...it is now 6pm and i'm still in jail. the incopetent call centre agent I spoke to couldn't even tell me whether if I pay bail myself, would I be reimbursed, she couldnt even put me through to somebody who could answer that...she told me bail will be paid by the end of the day but i'm still in jail I could have paid the bail myself but I have very little faith that I will get my money back from clientele...I honestly am gonna cancel my policy as it is useless to me in my time of need. I am so angry and frustrated.
