Poor service and lies from Clientele legal

I am certainly not happy with Clientele legal services, they keep on deducting my money every month end, meanwhile I decided to cancel their service long time after they could not help me with lawyers. I called last month to find out why they keep on debiting they said on their side it shows the policy is canceled. I gave the consultant the reference number and he agreed that it's their reference number. Please don't force to render your service to me reverse my money, I do not want anything to do with your service.
