Poor Service

I have been told that in this country that we have 11 official Language, but was deeply disappointed when i called Clientele Legal and requested to be assisted in Zulu and i was told to leave my detail and someone will get back to me and i did but no one contacted me. i then sent an email for some legal advice but didn't get the response i expected instead received an automated email stating that i will get the response in 48 working hours which in my calculation is 6 working days and today its 72 working hours and still no response.

I called again today and requested to be assisted in Zulu but lady told me to leave my details and i will be assisted in 48 hours unless if i can speak English or Afrikaans :( . I have my reasons for requesting to be assisted in Zulu and i wasn't expecting this kind of treatment. why must people who don't understand English n Afrikaans should be thrown at the back of the Que. I am disappointed in Clientel :(
