Poor follow through

This is not the first time that I have received poor service from clientele legal. Their lawyers seem to be completely unable to follow on their cases. I spoke to Ndumiso almost a month ago and I am still waiting for him to send a follow-up email. Calls made to Clientele are met with his colleagues promising that he will return my calls which does not happen.
