Poor and Pathetic Service of Clientelle

I have been with Clientell Legal for almost 10 years. Now that I have a court case and need their help they can't even provide me with proper service. I must keep on phoning after them. Their service is PATHETIC, DISGUSTING AND POOR. Don't ever join Clientelle. Please guys don't make use of Clientelle.
