POOOOOOOR SERVICE!!!!
*THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!*
When I was sold this policy the consultant said "assistance with even child support issues" and today when I need it, I was told this is not included in the policy ????? All calls are recorded??? They can go back to when this policy was sold to me, they'll hear that too .. They mislead me and have been taking my money for over a year.
I sent 2 mails that no one even responded to, it has been over 2 months, and now that I eventually came through on their phone number, I am told SORRY, thank you for your money but we will not be going to do anything to help you!!?????
