Policy cancelled

Hi I cancelled my policy in June already.The reason for my call on that day was specifically to cancel the policy.The policy was stopped and all of a sudden they deducted R375 on the 25th of 24th,I contacted them and explain them the situation on the 25th,they said they will call me back with feedback,today the 27th I called back and they said I agreed upon deducting after 3months,which I never,my purpose of calling in June was to cancel the policy.I spoke to them today and they refuse to refund my R375.Guys please be careful by taking policies out from Clientele legal,they promises they make is seriously not they say.Everything you call them for,for Legal Assistance,the policy is for some reason not covering the enquiry,Clientele Legal is the most pathetic Legal Policy you could have.
