Please refund me ASAP

I cancelled my legal plan last month , the debit order was cancelled and as per the cancellation letter no further debits were to occur else I can request a refund, the debit order went through on the first , I e-mailed customer service twice requesting a refund , contacted them telephonically and I was passed between consultants without any help ,it seems like this company is running a **** and I have to consider any future relationships with them , they are completely *********** and lack customer service , I need my refund ASAP without any tactics please, I have been a good customer and honestly do not expect such runaround for such a small amount , seems like this is not a reliable company and people should stay away from it.
