Please help

Prior 2020 I was cover with clientelle legal,in that year November I was de*****ed of my vehicle,instead of getting help the lady who was assisting me was useless. She sent letter of demand to the person who de*****ed me of my vehicle and stopped there. Eventually the policy lapsed as I saw no reason to continue paying for nothing. 2022 December clientelle called me saying they'd like to reinstate my policy and promised to handle the motor vehicle case,as I explained to the sales lady that I am with legal wise now, nonetheless she was very convincing that I must come back, the matter will be sorted so I agreed. Little did I know with my little English, working as a security guard that am being taken for a ride again. I had to learn that the policy has been registered as a new policy, when I reported those rude investigators told me that the lady was correct, contrary to our agreement. On the 13th of march 2023 I was falsely arrested for contravention of a protection order that was never served on my side, I was pointed with a firearm, fingerprints taken,and I have proof in black and White. On the 29th of may 2023 I borrowed money and went to Sandton Revonia to deliver the proof, and was told that they can not represent me as the cause of action date is 2020, overlooking the facts I've provided. I am currently looking for media exposure to help other victims by clientelle
