<p>i have an unresolved third party insurance dispute for over a year. now they suddenly tell me that its an administrative issue that i need to resolve myself!</p> <p>it took competent lawyers over a year to figure that out? everytime i have to beg for feed back but they never miss the debit date. absolutely useless! </p>
