Pathetic Service

I have never in my life seen such incompetence like Clientele Legal, for as long as I've been with them which is years now they never managed to do anything for me, they beyond useless and when you need them they always look for something really impossible to do. I had an accident with my partner s vehicle. The guy reversed onto the vehicle I was driving. I was told by the guy named Phila to send the documents of which I did, I then get a phone call that I am not legally covered because the vehicle is not mine. I mean I am the one who was driving the vehicle.From the word go I could hear the lady being so negative, looking for all sorts of excuses just like the guy who bumped me. It was almost like she is doing me a favor. I would never advice anyone to use clientele. Believe me the advert you see on TV is all lies. No protection at all believe me, but they won’t forget to deduct your money end of the month. So basically they are saying if you have a legal policy with them you must never ever drive anyone s car because should you be involved in an accident they won’t protect you. You must always drive your car for them to protect you. I am so annoyed and angry with them seriously
