Pathetic service
We have been with clientele legal for +-6months and on the 7th August I sent an email as I needed legal assistance. I was only contacted on the 13th by a consultant that was so clueless and couldnt answer any of my questions, she then advised that she will call back, I then sent an email again and their response email promise a call back in 48 hours and it is the 21st August today and I am still awaiting these people to call me back. Yet these people debit your account every month and the service is nonexistent. Need recommendation as to what legal service I can join as I am planing to cancel clientele legal.
