My car was involved in an accident, the insurance (SA underwriters) refused to settle my claim. Asked Clientele Legal to assist with this matter they could not, they then advise me to pursue the matter with the person who cause the accident. 4 Months later they still did not even send out a letter of demand. They continuously asking me for documentation which I do provide. And when try and contact the agent assigned to helping me she is forever not available to provide me with feedback. <br> I seriously doubting the value of having a Clientele Legal policy, I had this policy for four years, never missed a payment and this is the first time within the four years - that I am using them to help me and this is the service they(Clientele Legal ) provide? <br> <br> I find their service thus far appalling to say the least. <br>
