Today, I consulted with Mukonazwothe Mmbengwa from the legal department as a walk in client. His service was excellent. He was able to deal with my salary dispute matters in a very professional way. He was so patient with me and he explained it in a manner that I could understand. The unfortunate part was that the claimed could not be covered due to missed premiums. He even showed me the premiums on the screen. However, I am so happy with his service. I do not regret taking my time to come and consult in person. I was able to get an alternative legal route to my problem.
