Not what i asked for

I phoned clientele legal about four or five months ago to find out if they can help me regarding child maintenance and if they do handle cases like this. The lady that i spoke to over the telephone told me that i must sign up first before i can speak to a lawyer and have to wait for the debit order to go off and then if they can help me so agreed to do that. When i phoned in last week to speak to lawyer the lady told me that they don't handle cases like that. I'm not happy the type of service i received from them and was misinterpreted by the lady i spoke to over the telephone. I want my policy to be cancelled and demand a refund for the months that i paid for.
