Not interested in your products, stop phoning me!
I have received about 40 calls from clientele over the last couple of days. Most of which is pre recorded or robots. I am not interested in any of your products so please stop phoning me.

10 Jun 2020, 15:18Dear Abraham B,
We thank you for escalating your concerns to us and allowing us the opportunity to address your complaint.
Our response to the matter refers:
We confirm that all our data is received from external suppliers. This data is sourced through multiple channels, namely, Credit Bureaus, Public Domain Information and Data Acquisitions. The process may take up to a month for your details to be completely removed and for you to no longer receive further communication from our offices.
Furthermore, it is important to note that other companies who receive their information through the same channels may have your details and you could still be contacted for other promotional campaigns. Therefore, to prevent same from happening in future, please ensure that your information is listed on the 'Do Not Contact' list.
It is important to note that all our suppliers must adhere to national legislation and their data is checked against the national 'Do Not Contact' list hosted by the DMA. More information on this can be found at www.dmasa.org
