Not informed legal advice from clientele legal

I've been a member of clientele legal for Almost 5 years, I've been paying monthly with all it's increases. I've not used there service once, but now after all this time has passed I needed some professional legal advice on my property and my servitude next to my property. I have a plot next to my servitude that belongs to council of cape town, and now they want to create it as a public space/park, after it's been closed for over 40 years, giving the cottages reserved use of the space. I contacted clientele and I'm very disappointed in the service I received so far, it seems like they have a paralegal on my case, and not a proper Lawyer. Should I continue with clientele after paying so much for bad legal service??? Anyone with the same experience??
