Not helpful

<p>I m glad to have parted ways with this business. This came out of continued frustrations whenever i needed either help or intervention on serious lega matters. This is to the extent that i terminated my contract with them and would no longer recommend that any of people i care about depend on their claimed assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will count ways in which whenever i dealt with their customer center, feedback would be delayed, repsonses on valid matters negative or advise insufficent yet the annual contribution keeps rising.</p> <p>- My house was burgled into and the insurance failed to pay on the clause that never existed on the contract. Clienetele failed to resolve handed the issue back to me to solve</p> <p>- I have an account with a company that i needed to settle and did so but the company kept on harrassing me demanding extra payements. Clientele failed to reslve</p> <p>- I was arrested and requested help, none was recieved until the following day when i had used my own lawyer</p> <p>- On the same arrest i was detained and with no explanation and was assaulted by police officers, wanted to know my legal avenues but i couldnt get help on the avenues to explore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then learned that my cover for these type of issues was seemingly useless and rather a waste of my money. I requsted that no further debits be done for this policy because of inadeqaute or unacceptable levels of incomptency in dealing with serious issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now enjoy benefits of direct lawyer subscription. If you can avoid using companies offering more than they are able to deliver.</p>
