Not getting assistance
<p>ID: ********** 746084</p> <p>I have requested legal advice on the offer to purchase and sent the the email with the attached contact on the 7/12/2016 8:24 AM, recieved nothing until the 14th July, where i made the follow up call, i was told that they haven't recieved my email, I then resent the email on the same day ********** still got nothing back from Clientelle, I made a follow up call on 19th July, I then spoke to MO Mashaba, you advisd me to send the contract directly to her then she will load it, nothing still, I called again on the 2oTH ans spoketo someone who told me that still nothing is on their side, this is unacceptable as I pay these lawyers every month and all I get is this run around.</p>

We requested you to send us your documentation in order for us to advise you however we have not received any documentation from you, this may be as a result of the incorrect email that was used. We further confirm that the email you sent to R O Mashaba was also sent to the incorrect email address hence it was not received by the advisor.
