Not a member but Being debited

I called Clientele on the 16 March 2016 at 16:14 on this call I asked for my policy to be cancelled and also to cancel my debit order. I was assured by the agent that the request will be granted. On the 1st of April 2016 my account was debited... is this some kind of Aprils fools joke ??????<br> <br> All my calls are recorded !!!!<br> <br> Any person can Contact me on *** for the call recording, I will send you for free of charge to show you how ridiculous these people are !!! I asked her 3 times and she confirmed that my account will not be debited...<br> <br> I am really hoping for reasonable answer/explanation...<br>
