I logged a call to claim on my Clientele App, after completion you get a message that says "The Consultant will contact you shortly. i want to cancel this ****

The gentlemen that called me back was just narating a story that is senseless telling me about the turn arround time and basicaly on the side of incompetence. if a private law firm was able to assist me the same day by just calling rain and dealt with them how is it not possible for clientelle legal the company that i am paying 350 monthly to have not been able to do the same i want my policy cancelled this very moment
