I will be cancelling my membership with them as as they have failed to do their job.

22 Dec 2022, 10:59I finally spoke to Joyce Nkomo who was very empathetic and tried to resolve my legal issue with urgency as I was extremely frustrated and hysterical. Upon writing this review I was immediately contacted by the complaints manager who tried to understand the issue a little better. I am so relieved that the complaints manager and the legal advisor finally got back to me! Actually, I am glad that they got involved because my legal issue was resolved with so much speed. I guess I may remain a member after all! :) Thanks Clientele Legal!
