No urgency

I submitted an email on Monday and was informed that the turn around time was 48 hours. Followed up again today to check if they got all my documents, turns out they never did and didn't even bother to call and inform me of missing document. Then when I called again I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes and eventually just had to hang up.
