NO SERVICE RECEIVED, WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
Y'all dont even deserve a 2 star rating!!!! So, I have had my clientele legal plan for more than a year with no late or missed payments(they even deduct yheir debit order before the agreed debit date) and still they fail to assist me with legal assistance!!
I called their offices on Friday 29 Jul 22 seeking legal advise and assistance and up until today I am still waiting for someone to call me back!!
This is ****ing ridiculous, u have all these wonderful claims about Clientele, how they will not loose a case, how they will assist you, but when push comes to shove, they CANT even assist with a simple query/call back??
How convenient is that 🤔 Yet, when it comes deducting money from my account and colecting premiums, yall are first in line?! Smfh!!!
PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE UP THIS POLICY, THIS IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!
