No service, no satisfaction

I am totally digusted in Clientele. The only correspondence a person ever gets from them, is those trying to sell the product. I have sent numerous email and was even diverted by one of the emails to a whatsapp, which was a dead end, as no one bothered to respond on it, to no avail. Two months later, and I am yet to receive one call from them to assist me with a legal matter. In fact, the only call I received was when, out of desperation, logged a query to buy a package from them (although I already had one), just to get someone from Clientele to assist. The sales consultant was very apologetic, and even escalated my query to the legal department ... still no reply. Why claim to offer 24/7 legal assistance when they can't even give assistance in 60 days? This is very disappointing!
