No Service from Clientele legal
One of the slogans for clientele is that they are available 24/7. I have sent emails on the 4th, 13th and 20th of August, requesting assistance and to this day no one has contacted me. I even tried the WhatsApp number but it always stops where is says it's referring me to a consultant. What is the purpose of me paying a monthly premium if I do not get any assistance when needed, or even communication at least? This is very disappointing.
