No service
Have being trying to reach Clientele since 16/04/2021. I have phoned several times only get get cut off when put through to a department, I have whatsapped the provided numbers, what a waste of time. Not sure how they provide a service if you cannot even get a hold of the company and to think I pay for this non service. Truly disappointed.

We confirm that we made contact with you to discuss the concerns raised. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
As per our telephonic discussion, feedback regarding the cancellation of your policy has been provided.
We have since communicated that your policy has now been cancelled as per your request and the cancellation process was explained accordingly. It was explained that we do require a notice of at least 31 days to no longer submit any debit orders with your bank and that the refund process was explained to you on even date.
It is unfortunate that you have decided to terminate our services, should you wish to continue with the policy we encourage you to urgently contact us and we will gladly welcome you back as a valued client.
We would like to thank you for the feedback provided to us, we highly appreciate it and we assure you that it has been escalated to the relevant management team.
We however do understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
