No service at all. Biggest waste of money ever!!

I have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks now. Sent E-mails 3 weeks ago, and still no reply. Phoned them and spoke to an representative yesterday, and he said they will send me the necessary information I require, still no correspondence. How are these people to help with a legal query if they cant even get back to their customers. This service is terrible, and a complete *******. Stay away from their empty promises!!
