No response to e-mails

I have contacted Clientele Legal services via e-mail on the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 11th of March 2020 and every time get an automated response back from them saying that they will be contacting me within 2 working days. Up till now no one has contacted me. They do also mention that should it be urgent to contact them directly. But what does the e-mail correspondence help if it does not work. No one interested in contacting a paying client???
