No response from the legal advisor handling mycase

I'm really not impressed with the way Clientel legal is so quiet with my case. I'm even thinking of cancelling my policy with them. My policy is more than a year old. I thought if I'm taking a policy which is not the entry level the service would be better. I'm not impressed at all
