No Legal Representative sent 2court on hearing day

After numerous faxes and emails sent to Clientele Legal for lawyer assistance in Court, I was embarrassed when no Legal representative was in attendance on the day of the hearing.<br> I still have had no feedback/response. The legal representative in my area who was \supposedly"contracted to assist in court never received instructions from Clientele.<br> Premiums go off on accounts on a monthly basis but when it comes to service help is no where to be found.<br> What should one do in order to get assistance???"""
