NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION

I am a client of Clientele, I made a call which is recorded where I spoke to a gentlemen who said I am fully covered legally as of the 01/01/2016, I then stated I have a case on the 04/02/2016 he said I will be covered for the case. I took this policy out on the 01/10/2015. <br> <br> I laid a formal complaint I also sent this recording free of charge to them, were they admitted the agent was wrong in saying that but they are willing to refund 1 premium back, and they can refer me to there panel of of lawyers which I can get a reduced cost. When I called the lawyer they referred me to, the cost is R500.00 for the first consultation and then charges will follow as per the case. The lady who followed up said on the first sale call the sales person read some clause, When I asked her to send this call to me she said it would cost me R40.00<br> <br> I am very disappointment with this service, so what is the purpose of having a legal cover, the advert sounds so nice with Desmond Dube, but really the service is terrible !!!!
