No legal assistance
I was arrested for drunk and driving in 2012, I then contacted CL for assistance, they promised that a lawyer will be with me at court on Nonday., the nameless lawyer never showed up. In 2014 I asked for assistance for uncontested divorce, they sent me forms. We completed the forms and emailed them back, that as well never materialized. I had to pay from my own pocket for the divorce that took only a month. I contacted them again this year for a labour related matter, they said they can't assist me because the odds are against me, playing the role of a judge in this matter. Come the 5th of May 2016 I will prove them wrong. I will then cancel my policy after this case.

I was contacted by Clientelle legal, they promised me legal assistnce. A week later they provided me details of lawyers and said, the lawyers will cintact me shortly. Weeks passed with no communication from the "appointed" lawyers. I then contacted Clientelle legal and they provided details of different lawyer and I was told the same thing and again I was never contacted by the lawyers. On the 4th of May 2016 with own legal team we went to Port Elizabeth High Court and subsiquently won the case. Thst was the same case that Clientelle legal said based on their assessment I will not win the case. I would like clientelle legal to give me good reasons why I must continue with this policy after disappointing with 3 cases.
