No Feedback! No Response ! No advice !

I called first thing in the morning seeking advice from a lawyer and got hold of one which I had to confirm my contact details etc before they could go ahead the call. My phone cut whilst on the call and I sent an email regarding my query right after however the automatic response came through only the afternoon and by then I had to make a decision based on internet research. I pay a monthly premium... I received an automatic response of which no one has called me to log my query... I felt lost... and therefore I feel like this insurance did not serve me one bit of a benefit... I stressed and will CANCEL my insurance with Clientele Legal , even though I had it re-instated for personal reasons and trusted that this would be the best but I was proven wrong, it is indeed not!<br> Disappointed much!
