No feedback as promised

I have lodged a complaint on 10 April and received a claim no on 13 April. Since then I have phoned 3 times to speak to the legal representative assigned to my case. Mr Mokwena told me on 16 April that Jabula will phone me back. I am still waiting. On 20 April I spoke to Olaf who assured me that my case is diarised for 21 April and that Jabula will phone me - I am still waiting for the phone call.
