No Feedback and im sitting whithout a vehicle!!!

Well here we go again!! Never available when you need them. Phoned to report a problem with a supplier that did repairs to my vehicle and want to charge me again for the same problem. The lady promised me that a consultant will contact me within 48 hours. I phoned two days later firstly the person tells me they waiting for documents from me, I told him I received confirmation on the 16th February 2015 that they did receive it. Then he told me that the person working with my case is on leave so I can only expect a reply on Monday???? I TOLD you I need my vehicle ASAP for Work!!!!
