No Feedback

To say I am unsatisfied with the service I have received would be an understatement. I contacted Clientele Legal on 21/01/2020 with an urgent time sensitive legal matter. I received zero feedback from them and decided to call them again for feedback. I was told I would be called back, which never happened. After calling them again, I was was told that the matter was being dealt with and they would contact me soon. That was last week. On Sunday, I emailed them asking yet again for feedback, with the hope that it would be addressed on the Mondays. Yesterday, I phoned them once again asking for feedback and the call center agent made excuses but did however acknowledge the emails I had sent. It is now a month since I requested their assistance with my legal matter and short of one phone call from them, I have had to run around after them in order to speak to anyone and even then I still do not have any closure on this matter. I feel I am paying for a service which is not being delivered.
