No feedback 9 days later

I sent legal documents to clientele legal to scrutinise on the 21 August 2015. 9 days later no feedback only an sms saying clientele has attempted to contact you without success. I called in on the 29th of August 2015 and Lerato explicitly imp**** that if am not happy I should get myself a private lawyer and they have a volume of queries to deal with am not the only client (biggest nonsense I have ever heard). After many years of being a client I protested she agreed to escalate to supervisor who has up to now not responded. If you don't call this bad service then call it worst service.
