No empathy, care or urgency, i feel ****MED

In the last (don't know how many years) holding a policy with you, i must say this is the worst service i have ever experienced. No care, no sense of urgency, no empathy, you just don't seem to care about helping your so called clients, because i am just a number on your good books. I mean been sending emails, with all the relevant info and no one seems to have taken the time to read and comprehend the nature of the query, nor read the policy details for the said claim of cancellation and the frustrations i am going through. If you aren't willing to assist me, then why not say so, there are a lot of competitors that will be more than willing to work for what they're paid for. Stop misleading your audience that you are the best on the market, as it stands i wouldn't recommend anyone for your services. I AM IN SHOC****
