NO CALLS, NO FEEDBACK ON IMPORTANT MATTER

I have logged a legal query with Clientel Legal and provided all the information with them including the documentation they requested. I have called in last week to get an update and was informed that the resource working on it was busy on the call and will get back to me. This has never materialized and now we are in the third week of the matter and still nothing. This is a very important and urgent matter and I'm very disappointed over the manner in which they handled this. This behaviour has definitely triggered thoughts of taking the business elsewhere!!!
