No Assistance or Response. No Lawyers.

Claim PO867142 .I have treid everything from my side, to resolve a dispute and a matter. I asked Clientele legal for assistance. I send documents etc. I was called back by a person that spoke such bad/unclear English It was hardly understandable. it was a nightmare. I requested an Afrikaans speaking person and was contacted By such. The result of my writings to the club is followed by even more abuse and threats of bodily harm. A email asking for clientele to help me and to take action 25 Oct,, is till unanswered/ responded till date 5 November. I need a Lawyer as Promised by this plicy - I don't need to be passed from department to department. Give me a lawyer that can asses the situation and then. It is also extremely inconvenient at work to take calls. I feel more victimized by Clientele legal l than the actual perpetrators. It became Impossible to obtain an actual lawyer to assist, I consider going to Legal Aid and ask them For assistance. After years of Paying for nothing. I am Bitterly dissapointed to say the least, The company I had been Proud of is letting me down. I hope to be able to upgrade this review and change it to positive
