Need a justice from clientele
Hi My name is Thami Nelson Nkosi I'd number ********** 037082 the complainer, see my story below I have been a clintele client for couple of years and last year September i was unfairly dismissed at work. Knowing that I have legal problems covered I visited the offices at Rivonia , to request a Lawyer to challenge the campany, so they said they will weigh the case & see If I'll win or lose than they will provide me with the Lawyer. And they call me telling they can NOT help me because I might lose the case. Than I attended the case alone @bargaining council which I lost the case. But the rest of drivers I was dismissed with ,with the same charge won the case with their Lawyers. Theifore I decided to rebuild the case I went back to Revoinia with all the documents and footage of wht happened , they said they'll get back to me with 24 hrs but they didn't call me. So dissappointing that I cant be assisted. The response I got from Clientele is differ from what they told me when I join and wht they are saying when advertising on TV .frm day one i join i was a loyal client my payments they up to date ,even they couldn't defend me but i never stop contributing . SO THE TREAT I RECEIVED IT NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTED FROM CLIENTELE. It hard to accept that people won the case except me although the charges was the same so it degrading that I thought I will be safe in times like this,But clientile seens not even recognizing me.
