My after hours attorney consultation fees

on 11/01/2016 Clientele Legal couldn't get me out of police holding cells (saying i have not been charged formally). after i was charged, i notify them and still they couldn't help me (it was around 20:00, same day). i asked them that if i can get a private attorney, will they refund him/her and they said yes. now that the case has been withdrawn, and i am claiming the money i paid this private attorney, they claim i did *******ion for me to get the bail (with the help of the private attorney).
