I had two policies with the above mentioned company named clientele. 1 I was paying 400 for the investment policy that I took. 2 I had legal protection with them of which I was paying 230,i joined them in July 2020 unfortunately in December 2020 I lost the job due to the covid-19 situation, the onthe 8 off December I personally called them informing the about my situation wanting them to cancel both policies that I had they ask me to send emails with corfimation off the termination of the contract I did as I was pleased they send me back the letter of confirmation that my policy has been canceled, we also made arrangements with them to pay back my money that I was investing they sent me a form called claim forms asking me to fill it and send it back I did so then we were done with that surprisingly on the 24th off December 2020 clientele deduct 230 from my acc I tried to reversed it but refused I conta my bank I was told to contact the client I tried but phone wasn't answered till today I haven't received anything from them yes it was a small amount but that was my money so good people clientele is the **** be carefully
